Group, individual or tailor-made?
Our group trips, whose maximum number of participants is set at 16, have fixed-date departures with experienced, Italian or local Italian-speaking guides. On many occasions we propose the presence of specialists such as anthropologists, archaeologists, geologists, photographers, writers and journalists, and we carefully plan tours to coincide with ceremonies, significant events and traditional festivals.
If you prefer to travel in absolute privacy, as a couple, with family or with friends, you can choose one of our individual proposals with free dates, and the tour will be organised exclusively for you and your travelling companions, adapting the programme to your needs, designing special itineraries and choosing the level of services that best meets your expectations.

And the flight?
All our tours do not include flights, so flights should be purchased from your trusted travel agency or online, directly on the website of your chosen airline. We will, however, be on hand to assist you in selecting an operative, indicating the best combinations available from the airport closest to your city.
And the insurance?
All our tours do not include personal insurance policies (medical, covid, baggage, cancellation), which can be purchased from your trusted travel agency or online directly at the website of the insurance company of your choice.
And the visa?
An entry visa is required for many of the destinations we propose. In some cases it can be obtained easily at the airport of arrival, but if it has to be shown on departure from Italy, we can assist you by taking care of your ‘visa file’, handling the entire process at the relevant Consulates.

How to book the tour?
Once you have chosen the trip that meets your needs and received the quote, you can proceed with the booking at your trusted travel agency or send us an e-mail request to receive the necessary documentation to formalise your participation in the tour.
What are the terms of payment?
To confirm enrolment, an advance of 50% of the total amount on the invoice must be paid by international bank transfer or money transfer and the balance will be paid in the same way at least 30 days before departure.
Pre-departure information
After registration closes, usually two weeks before departure, we will send you an information email where you will find the contact details of the staff who will accompany you during the tour and useful tips to better prepare your travel experience, from what to pack in your suitcase to the readings and listening to be best introduced to the country.
Support during the tour
In addition to our on-site staff, you will always have a 24-hour emergency number, which we will answer in english.
